Evie is a secluded soul. She is untrusting of others, and often can come off as hostile. She doesn't trust easily, and because of that she is seen as a somewhat volatile, or difficult, individual.
She can be cruel, and cold. Death does not effect her.
She puts her own survival ahead of others.She holds a dislike to anyone without magical powers. She won't outright attack them, but she also won't care if they're hurt. She also craves connection, someone like her (or for tvd: a coven to call her own again).

Once a part of a coven, she watched her sister's be burnt alive at the stake and barely escaped with her own life. A shadow summoner who has been alive for over 100 years.Born during the time where tensions still existed between ravkans and grisha, Evie would hide her powers from those in her village. Even though she was aware of the whispers of a new time coming, where grisha would live equally among their counterparts, she didn't believe. Her parents were Otkazat'sya and held a hatred towards grisha, like her whole village. From a young age Evie would watch how grisha children were shunned and forced out of the village she lived in.Even with hiding her powers, eventually she'd be found out, during her pre-teens, and would be targeted. Labelled a threat, given how close her powers resembled those of the black heretic, she would be made to flee from her home, with her parents shunning her.Eventually she would find sanctuary at a orphanage and would live there until she could leave. She hated it there. She'd spend her years there, developing an enjoyment to creating jewelry, with animal bones and other scraps she found, before she became old enough to leave.As a young adult, Evie wouldn't stay in one place too long, instead moving around. She mastered her powers to the best of her ability, gaining mastery over them.Over the years she would move from place to place, before finally settling down in a small village, living on the outskirts. By now it had been almost 100 years since she was first born. Here she'd stay, setting up a small stall every day to sell handmade jewelry to get by, and barely using her powers, until one day she was finally forced to join the second army.Familial ties:Parents: deceased.Abilities:Shadow magic: can control and manipulate shadows. Is stronger in the dark and holds a weakness to sunlight.
